CrossFit Candy Workout With A Twist

This is a ToughsHIIT take on a classic CrossFit workout. All we’ve done is made it a little harder. The CrossFit Candy WOD is already great at targeting the upper and lower body. The pull-ups and push-ups combo will absolutely burn your shoulders and air squats will hit those legs. All we are going to do to ramp it up a little is get you targeting that core. How are we going to do this? Well we’ve added in some Russian twists to make your abs and obliques feel some pain too!

CrossFit Candy – ToughsHIIT Style

5 Rounds For Time

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 40 Push-ups
  • 40 Russian twists (20 each side)
  • 60 Air squats

Target Times:

  • Beginner: 39 – 47 minutes
  • Intermediate: 29 – 38 minutes
  • Advanced: 21 – 28 minutes
  • Elite >20 minutes
