
Push-ups are a great way to work your upper body. You can get a really good workout from nothing more than this old-school bodyweight exercise. Push-ups can be modified to target the upper chest, lower chest, shoulders, triceps, back, and will even work your core! Try this insane push-ups workout to really best that upper body and chest!
The following workout is an upper body blast utilising nothing more than the humble push-up, albeit in many guises!
Insane Push-ups Workout:
Perform each exercise for 2 minutes completing as many reps as possible (AMRAP).
Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
- Diamond Push-ups
- Standard Push-ups
- Wide Arm Push-ups
- Decline Push-ups
- Incline Push-ups
Repeat the circuit 3 times.
If you want to push yourself harder, try not resting between exercises.
For an even greater burn, throw in Handstand Push-ups, or Feet On Wall Push-ups.
