If you’re in lockdown or just prefer to train at home, this at home HIIT workout will give you a great full body workout and get your heart rate up! The only equipment needed is a pull-up bar. If you don’t have one get creative or pick one up. They are usually reasonably cheap and are available from Amazon. Because this is an at home HIIT workout make sure you have sufficient space to train before you start.

There is no warm up or cool down included in this workout but it is recommended to ensure you are sufficiently warmed up before commencing. This is a full body workout so be sure to warm up the upper and lower body!

The workout itself is 25 minutes in length and comprises five separate exercises performed as an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) for 5 minutes per exercise. Push yourself hard to get the full effect.

Elite HIIT Bodyweight Workout #1

This is an AMRAP style workout. Perform each exercise for 5 minutes.

  • Pull-ups (standard overhand grip)
  • Push-ups (try any variation to target different areas)
  • Burpees
  • Air squats
  • Russian twists
